Terms & conditions

These terms cover what you can expect from Audena and what we expect from you. We've kept them as plain as legal language allows. If something's unclear, email legal@audena.io — we'd rather explain than litigate.

Short version: we only collect what we need to run the service, we don't sell your data or your customers' data, and you can ask us to delete it any time.

What Audena is
A voice-agent platform that handles outbound and inbound calls for your business — order confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, lead qualification. You configure the agents; we run them.

  1. Your account
    You're responsible for keeping your login secure, for the people you invite, and for everything done from your account. Tell us right away if something looks off.

  2. Acceptable use
    Use Audena for legitimate business calls only. No scams, no harassment, no calls that break local consumer protection or telemarketing laws (TCPA, GDPR, MENA equivalents). You're responsible for having the right to call the numbers you upload.

  3. Your data, your agents
    Your data is yours. The agents you build are yours. We just operate them. We won't use your data or your customers' conversations to train models for anyone else.

  4. Pricing and billing
    You pay the plan you signed up for, billed monthly or annually. Performance-priced plans are billed against the outcomes we agreed on. No hidden fees. Refunds handled case-by-case if we drop the ball.

  5. Free trials and pilots
    Trials end when the time or call quota runs out — whichever comes first. Pilots that promise "no recovery, no payment" mean exactly that.

  6. Service availability
    We aim for 99.5% uptime. If we miss it materially, you get service credits. Planned maintenance gets advance notice.

  7. Things we can't promise
    Voice agents are software — they handle most calls well, but not every edge case. You're responsible for the workflows you deploy and the escalation rules you set. We're not liable for business decisions made off agent output.

  8. Cancelling
    Cancel any time from your dashboard. Monthly plans stop at the end of the current cycle. Annual plans run to term unless we've materially broken the agreement.

  9. Liability cap
    Our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the previous 12 months. Standard SaaS terms — nothing surprising.

  10. Changes
    We'll email you 30 days before material changes. Continued use after that counts as acceptance.

  11. Governing law
    [Jurisdiction — usually where the company is registered: e.g., laws of the Emirate of Dubai / Delaware / Italy].
